## Pricing

A typical estate plan, with will, trust and powers of attorney for legal and health matters will be less than $1,500.00. A guardianship/conservatorship is usually less. Help with settling a probate case or planning for Medicaid benefits is billed hourly. Call for more details.

Our office building in North Provo is easily accessible, with elevators, conference rooms and ample free parking. However, if you are home bound, we can usually come to you or visit by internet calling.

### **Debie Stewart**

Debie has a deep love of family and service. She’s been in the legal field since 2010, and is passionate about helping others understand the law. She began her career working in family law as a paralegal in Houston, Texas, and moved up the ranks to an attorney in New Jersey. While Debie physically spent five years in Houston and five years in New York/New Jersey, her heart remained in Utah. When she was given the opportunity to move back to Utah and work in the legal field, she jumped. Debie is methodical and organized. She is always attending continuing education classes in order to stay up-to-date on the laws of Utah. She is more than capable of giving you peace of mind that your plans will go exactly as you intended.
