Utah Division of Aging & Adult Service - Adult Protective Services

The Division of Aging and Adult Services administers the Adult Protective Services program to investigate cases of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of vulnerable adults. Trained staff in a statewide system of offices, work with local law enforcement and community partners to educate and assist victims to access appropriate resources within the community.

Investigates cases of abuse, neglect and exploitation of vulnerable and elder adults. Reporting elder abuse in Utah is mandatory. You can describe the current situation of Physical Abuse, Emotional Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation, or Self Neglect.
