Mission at Alpine Rehabilitation Center is a part of a larger non profit organization, Mission Health Services. We have skilled nursing facilities, intermediate facilities and assisted living communities along the Wasatch Front and in Wyoming. Mission at Alpine provides skilled nursing care, long and short term care, physical rehab, restorative care, IV Services, Memory Care in a beautiful secured unit, post stroke recovery, wound care. Mission at Alpine is registered with the Eden Alternative Philosophy. We offer a made to order menu with flexible meal times, 24 hours access to meals and snacks and pet therapy,

After successfully completing therapy, our staff will conduct a safety evaluation of your residence and advise you on additional safety needs to support you through your transition home. Our therapists will even instruct you and family members on ways of keeping mobility once you are home, setting you up for success.
