Agibly has a new owner (Senior Agibly, LLC). While no longer owned, operated by or affiliated in any way with KSL.com or DDM, Agibly still offers free resources for older adults and connects them with professional care providers.
One of our primary focuses is to never enter into the all-to-common “mill-like” atmosphere that is typically seen in most outpatient physical therapy clinics. At First Physical Therapy, our goal is not to inflate our profit margin while diluting the quality of care our patients receive. We are not part of a conglomerate or chain of clinics. We are not owned by a large private equity firm with profit margins as our primary driver. We are locally owned and thus are solely dedicated to the community we serve. We are known for providing a superior quality, “boutique” rehabilitative care experience, with keeping the functional outcomes and satisfaction of our patients as our primary driver.
The therapists at First Physical Therapy have over eight decades of combined clinical experience in such varied areas as orthopedic, neurological, geriatric, pediatric, sports medicine, vestibular, and post-surgical. When choosing First Physical Therapy, you are seen as an individual, not a diagnosis.
Through our customized treatment plans, our goal at First Physical Therapy is to provide you with healing, injury prevention, and pain relief. Because of our advanced technologies and methods, our patients have found a high level of success in our treatment services.
Our team is committed, experienced, and eager to assist you in your recovery! Please contact us right away if you require any additional information regarding our services.
Most insurances accepted. First Physical Therapy charges a self-pay fee of $110.00 for the initial evaluation, and $45 per follow-up visit.
"It would be hard to find a better place for my recovery.
My Orthopedic Surgeon Doctor Jason Garber recommended to do my physical therapy after replacing 4 discs and fussing 6 levels in my neck. I have been more then satisfied with the attention and the procedures I have received since going to First Physical Therapy. I have found that most physical therapists will give you a 10 to 15 minute of ultra sound or a limited message but this team used soft tissue manipulation and spent the needed time to get results I needed for my recovery. First Physical Therapy spends as much time with their strength program as they do with soft tissue therapy. It would be hard to find a better place for my recovery." — Fred S.
