Many children of aging parents are unsure of what is available for their parents in later years. We consult with children who need direction about what care is available for their parents and answer legal questions from Power of Attorney to Estate Planning and trusts. We offer advice on how to gain additional funds through government programs and assist through this process.

The Veterans Aid & Attendance Pension is a pension set aside for veterans, spouses and surviving spouses who are aging and are at the point in their lives that they are in need of some assistance with their care. This care could include in-home care, retirement living with care coming in, assisted living or a Nursing Home.

If you are in need of assistance with ADL’s (activities of daily living) you may qualify. Most of the process can be taken care of over the phone, email or fax. Once approved, the money is deposited directly into your bank account TAX FREE to cover care expenses.
