I re-certify every year to keep up with any coverage changes and during open enrollment touch bases with every client to update them on anything which will affect their individual coverage. Every year we review current situations and look at next year's coverage to get the most out of their coverage. I personally feel this annual review empowers my clients to be good consumers and manage their money and health care expenses to get the maximum coverage for the future.
